# Get combo

> Get a combo and its legs by ID or share code

## Authentication

Read authentication required — `X-Public-Key` header.

## Path parameters

**comboIdOrCode** `string` *required*

The combo's UUID (`id`) or its 8-character share `code`.

> [!NOTE]
>
> A combo you did not place still opens by its `code`. In that case `isOwner` is `false`, every money field (`amount`, `potentialPayout`, `shares`, `amountPaidOut`, `cashoutAmount`) is zero, and `cashoutAvailable` is `false`. The legs and statuses are returned as normal.
